Our room just didn't feel clean. Curtain hanging off hooks and broken floor lamp made for a disappointing experience. Breakfast utensils and cups were dirty, and there was no boiling water for tea, only warm water in the coffee machine. The lack of hygiene standards really affected our satisfaction.

Fabulous location just 30 meters from the Bruyeres lift! The bar has a cozy vibe, with friendly staff offering scrumptious cakes and hot chocolates post-skiing. Included half-board meals exceeded expectations, with varied and delicious options every night. A sauna and steam room provided perfect relaxation after a day on the slopes.

Awesome location with very nice mountain views and a cozy bar to chill after skiing. Our room was clean and functional, making it perfect for a group getaway.

The location is really perfect, with beautiful views from the room that truly enhance the experience. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly. I particularly appreciated the tidiness of the rooms. having a separate shower and toilet was a nice touch! The breakfast provided a great start to each day, offering delicious options consistently.

The location right below the Bruyeres lift was 💯 perfect for skiing! Also loved the cozy bar and hearty breakfasts with fresh bread. Unfortunately, the dinner options were a bit limited and the breakfast could be warmer.

The location right next to the ski lifts made mornings so easy. Waking up, stepping into my ski gear, and skiing down to the slopes in less than 20 meters felt unbeatable. The ski lockers were a bit tight, making it tricky to organize gear especially with multiple people. Heating in the room was frustrating, fluctuating too much despite adjusting the controls. The bar's evening seating enjoyed good sunlight and relaxed vibes, making it a perfect spot to unwind after skiing. Staff at the bar were really engaging, which added a nice touch to our social evenings.

While the boot room serves its purpose, it's quite tight, so don't expect a spacious area to fit your gear. The room temperature was hit or miss. the heater cranked up too much one night, making it uncomfortable. Plus, the breakfast menu lacked variety, with limited hot options and lukewarm food, which could put a damper on the start of your ski day.

i had a great week at les bruyeres! the staff were super helpful, always ready to assist. the location is optimal, just a short walk to the slopes, even better than other alpine hotels we've visited. plus, the wellness center nearby was a fantastic bonus for relaxation.
